Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes para encontrar el hotel y la ubicación era correcta pero estaba escondido y no había una manta o flecha d señalamiento q indicara el acceso directo al lugar. La recepcionista y las personas q nos atendieron muy amables y accesibles. Solo q su sanitario tenía una fuga bajo el lavabo y junto con el problema serio de abastecimiento hídrico en el pueblo y q el agua es limitada y tampoco se calentaba bien (pasaba de helada a fría y luego a medio tibia). Pero al menos nos comentó q es agua d excelente calidad directa de "la montaña" (quiero pensar q la obtienen de las reservas pluviales de los preciosos bosques a su alrededor).

Fue una experiencia muy buena desde que llegamos, en todo momento el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy cómodas, 1000% recomendable para hospedarse
Excelente lugar para la introspección, excelente manejo de personal, la atención es muy personalizada los dueños son super amables , las instalaciones son muy limpias ofrecen juegos de mesa añadiendo que tienen una vista preciosa y los costos no son altos , resultan ser muy accesibles, excelente servicio 10/10
Excelente ubicacion, una vista hermosa y mas cuando hay neblina, la atencion de recepcion excelente, volveria cada vez que regrese a ese pueblo magico, 1 cuadra del centro, a 10 min de la mina , a 20 del panteon ingles
My partner and I loved our stay at Hotel Real Cortes. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an amazing view from our balcony. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, cosy and warm! We slept like babies! The hotel was a 1 minute walk from the town centre, and famous pastes shop. The staff were so friendly, kind and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!
Está super ubicado, a una calle del centro. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El único detalle sería que las toallas que me tocaron tenían un olor a humedad, de ahí en fuera excelente el hotel.
